More about the generator

Simple by design

No noise. No pressure.

FitBoost is made to help you train, not to keep you scrolling. That is a design decision, and these are the four places you can see it.

No account

Download it and start. There is no sign-up form to get past.

No ads

Nothing is sold to you between one exercise and the next.

Private by design

Your workouts stay on your phone. The app is not built to track you.

Works offline

Saved workouts stay available with no connection at all.

In plain words

Everything FitBoost actually does.

FitBoost is a free workout app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It gives you one session a day ( strength or running ) built around your level, the time you have and the equipment you own.

It plans today’s session for you
You open the app and the workout is already there. You do not build it or pick it from a list.
Home workouts with no equipment, or with the gym
It works without equipment at all, bodyweight only, at home. Or tell it what you have: dumbbells, bands, a bench, a full gym.
Running plans
Easy runs, intervals and long runs, each with a distance and a target pace, in the same week as your strength work.
A timer that guides the session
It shows the exercise you are on, the one coming next, the rest between them and form tips.
Your whole week in one view
Every session and rest day on one calendar. Drag a session to another day if your week changes.
Guided challenges
Eight programmes: core, glutes, upper body, posture, indoor cycling and more.
Progress you can see
Completed sessions, streaks and weekly totals.
Apple Watch
Start on your iPhone and follow along on your watch, or the other way round.
It adapts
Sessions change based on what you finish, what you skip and what you say was too hard.
English and Spanish
The whole app, including the exercise library.

And what it does not do

  • No calorie counting and no meal plans
  • No social feed, followers or leaderboards
  • No account and no email required
  • No ads
  • No trial countdown

What it costs

Questions

Before youdownload.

Still unsure? Write to us at helloffitboost@gmail.com.

Is FitBoost free?+

Yes. FitBoost is free to download and free to start training. There is no trial countdown and no ads.

Can FitBoost combine running and strength training?+

Yes. FitBoost can coordinate running and strength sessions within the same training week, rather than treating them as completely separate plans. Hard sessions are spaced apart, heavy lower-body work is kept away from your key run, and you can swap today’s session between the two or drag it to another day.

Do I need to create an account?+

No. There is no sign-up form. You download the app and start, no account and no email address.

How do I combine running and strength training?+

Keep the hard days apart, run before you lift if they share a day, and put heavy lower-body work as far from your key run as the week allows. Upper body is the flexible session: it barely interferes, so it can sit next to a hard run.

How many days should I run and strength train?+

Two strength sessions a week is enough for most people running three or four times. Three works when your running volume is moderate. More strength does not make a better runner: it makes a more tired one.

Can FitBoost tell me what workout to do today?+

That is the whole point of it. Open the app and today’s session is already chosen, from your goal, your level, the time you have, your equipment and what you completed recently. There is no list to browse and nothing to pick.

Does FitBoost adjust my training if I miss a workout?+

Yes. Your plan is built from what you actually completed rather than what you intended, so a missed session does not leave you behind a schedule that keeps marching. You can also move a session to another day instead of losing it.

Can I work out at home without equipment?+

Yes. FitBoost works with no equipment at all, bodyweight only, in the space you have at home. If you do own something, tell it what you have (dumbbells, bands, a bench, a full gym) and the session is rebuilt around that instead.

Is FitBoost good for beginners?+

Yes. FitBoost uses your level to choose a session you can follow, and moves on only when you do. It is built for people who do not want to plan their own training.

What kind of workouts does it give me?+

Strength sessions for home or the gym, running plans with easy runs, intervals and long runs, and eight guided challenge programmes for core, glutes, upper body, posture and indoor cycling.

Does it work with Apple Watch?+

Yes. You can start a workout or a run on your iPhone and follow along on your Apple Watch, or the other way round.

Does it work offline?+

Yes. Saved workouts stay available without a connection.

Is it available in Spanish?+

Yes. The whole app, including the exercise library, is available in English and Spanish.

Is there an Android version?+

Not currently. FitBoost is available for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, on iOS 17 or later.
